Laura Dellutri, CEO
Laura Dellutri, a determined real estate investor, strives in providing quality homes for lower income families that are unable to afford purchasing their own. As CEO, Laura's ambition is to be the best landlord and property management firm in Kansas City. Determined to focus on larger commercial projects in 2007 hasn't taken away from her desire to help better the community and add value to neighborhoods with quality homes. Her return is creating tenants that remain long term renters. Laura was once asked by a colleague, " Why do you and your business partner rehab your properties like you are building a new home with all the extras?" to which Laura replied, "It's not enough to provide a bare bones home with some new carpet and a quick paint job. We want to offer families a living environment that inspires hope and a desire for more in life" As PRI moves into larger commercial products Laura's passion is always focused on improving the quality of life for others.

In addition to being a Real Estate investor, Laura is an expert spokesperson for the home care industry. She is an author of three books and alternatively is titled "The Healthy Housekeeper". Laura is also a TV and radio personality and a former owner of two successful janitorial businesses.

In between real estate investing, Laura travels the United States appearing on television shows from New York to Los Angeles. She has appeared on popular National shows like THE VIEW with Barbara Walters, CBS The Early show, the Style Network, FOX, NBC, CBS, WB, ABC, DIY, FINE Living channel, HGTV, Discovery Channel and more! She still appears at home and garden shows, women's conventions, and she is often quoted in magazines and newspapers nationwide.

Lamon Carter, Jr., President
Lamon Carter Jr. started his first business a carpet cleaning service at the age of 19. He started investing in Real Estate in 1994. His first purchases involved a 4 plex and 5 houses, which he rented out with a business partner. He was also employed full time at Hallmark Cards, Inc., Kansas City, MO. He eventually made a decision to stop cleaning carpets and start a janitorial firm to help subsidize his Hallmark income and Real Estate investments. Surprising even Lamon, the janitorial company grew very quickly and began yielding profits. Strained from working 20 hour days, he began hiring staff and made a decision to go full time into the cleaning industry. He left his job 1996 at Hallmark Cards and sold his real estate to accommodate his need to grow his janitorial firm. In 1997 Lamon Carter merged his Kansas City base cleaning company with Laura Dellutri, President of Omaha, Nebraska firm, American Cleaning Connection Inc. They began servicing national accounts with a primary focus on a four state area; Nebraska, Iowa, Kansas, and Missouri. Lamon and Laura grew the company quickly to a $2 million dollar a year operation. Lamon wrestled with his real dream of real estate investing and in 2004 sold the Kansas City location to a local janitorial firm. At that time Lamon pursued his dream with a passion, starting his real estate firm Providence Realty Investments. Carter became his own general contractor as he began investing full time in Real Estate, specializing in rehabbing properties to provide quality homes for Section 8 tenants, wholesaling properties, and real estate training. His reputation in the KC market has grown quickly with the bankers, renters, and contractors. Mr Carter has an inventory of 30+ properties at all times for the serious investors who want turn key positive cash flow properties.
